First and foremost, I want to let you know that my thoughts are with you and your family during these difficult times. This is truly one of the most challenging situations that we’ve ever had to face as an industry and as a community. While we all navigate these unprecedented challenges, please know that I will continue to be able to serve your Real Estate needs and do everything I can to offer my knowledge and support.
I am still open for business and there are several ways I may be able to help. If you are listing your home for sale, we can complete all paperwork via electronic signature. Regarding marketing, I can assure you that live stream property tours or virtual tours, for prospective buyers, are readily becoming the norm; and
marketing your home to our local and global networks is always part of the many services I offer. As the seller, you would be the decision maker regarding any time a prospective buyer may want to tour your home in person. There are CDC guidelines which our industry strictly adheres to, and I am always well equipped with gloves and sanitizer; not to mention adhering to the ‘social distancing’ which we are quickly getting accustomed to.
If the record low interest rates have you wondering if this is a good time to buy, I am happy to continue to show property and can absolutely be of assistance in your home search. Once again, I can live stream property tours, share virtual tours and even schedule private appointments by video. Any buyer that wants to preview homes will always be asked to strictly comply with all CDC guidelines and precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
