Much like the rest of the entire six-county region, Ventura County saw its median price for single-family homes climb in June. The county, which includes Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and Ventura, saw prices rise 6.2% year over year to $615,000. That makes it second only to Orange County in terms of highest-priced markets in the region.
