First, know what your own needs are.. When you interview Agents, determine if your Realtor is “excited” about your home and getting it sold.
Second – Be sure to ask your Realtor important questions, such as:
1. Tell me a little bit about your experience and your area of expertise.
2. Are you always willing to be honest with me?
3. When I need something, who is going to be my primary contact person?
4. Tell me about the process and the costs of selling.
5. What kind of communication can I expect from you?
